Jack is the main creator and driving force behind Sharehire. With many years of experience in leadership roles within the civil construction industry, he has acquired the knowledge necessary to provide a product that meets the industry's needs for construction equipment. The concept for Sharehire emerged when Jack realized that finding hire equipment for the worksite became increasingly challenging, especially when the larger, well-known hire companies were fully booked. Moreover, he observed that smaller, local equipment hire businesses weren't getting the recognition they deserved. This inspired him to create a platform that highlights local equipment hire options, making hire equipment more accessible and leveling the playing field for all.
